Who is responsible for your data?

When you browse this website

Pages, fonts and images are served without advertising scripts or advertising cookies. To measure visits to this website and understand which pages are useful, we use PostHog EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt in the European Union, in a mode that uses neither cookies nor local storage. No cookie or persistent identifier is stored on your device, IP addresses are anonymised, and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

This measurement produces only aggregate statistics about website visits and onward visits to the application, without cross-referencing other websites or the data in your forms. Aggregate statistics are retained for 12 months on the basis of legitimate interests (the CNIL exemption applicable to strictly necessary audience measurement in France). The hosting provider may also process technical logs to deliver and secure the website.

Links to the application, its subscription payment service or third-party websites open separate services. Their policies apply when you use them.

When you ask to receive updates

The form collects your email address, your activity and your agreement to receive messages about Kiosform. Signing up is voluntary and based on your consent. It is not required to use the application.

The information is sent to our Mautic service at marketing.agapeplay.com, in the Kiosform list. It is used to send the messages you have agreed to receive, not to build an advertising list for sale to third parties. The tool may retain the date and context of your sign-up.

Marketing contact data is retained for 3 years from the last contact initiated by you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to contact@agapeplay.com.

When your organisation uses Kiosform

The organisation creating a form is responsible for the data it chooses to collect. AGAPE PLAY acts as a data processor for responses. Send your request first to that organisation, which chooses the questions, recipients and retention period.

No audience-measurement tool is loaded on public respondent forms or in the Kiosk application. The service provides exports, response deletion and adjustable retention periods. When a confirmation email is enabled, it contains an individual erasure link. The full account and application policy is available in the Kiosform application.

If the organiser enables partial responses, participants can resume their web form on the same device or through a link sent by email. Incomplete responses are retained for no more than 30 days, or less depending on the form settings, and then deleted automatically. This resume option is not available on shared kiosks.

On an offline kiosk, pending responses remain on the device until they are synchronised or deleted. The organisation must therefore physically protect the tablet and plan how to inform participants.

Contabo: self-hosted data and authentication infrastructure in the European Union.
Vercel: distribution of the web interface and this website; a company based in the United States.
PostHog EU Cloud: audience measurement without cookies or local storage on the website and in the organiser workspace; aggregate statistics retained for 12 months; hosted in Frankfurt in the European Union.
Mautic: the email update sign-up service operated by AGAPE PLAY at marketing.agapeplay.com.
Resend: delivery of the application's transactional emails from a European region.
Stripe: payments and billing for the Pro plan when you subscribe in the application.

The involvement of international providers may entail processing outside the European Union as part of their services. Contact us to learn about the applicable contractual safeguards. This page does not claim any security or compliance certification.

Exercising your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or, where the conditions are met, data portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing.

Email contact@agapeplay.com with details of your request. Proof of identity will be requested only where reasonable doubt justifies it. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
